Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Chat Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and secure data collection
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve customer experiences
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Have gaming experience, although not required
