The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to interact with our customers and travel agent partners via phone, helping them with questions related to our cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering questions related to our cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
