Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager - blithequark Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options
- Utilizing exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business development
- Leading a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
- Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- A Texas General Lines License or the ability to acquire one
- A competitive desire to sell and service insurance and financial products
