About the Role

We are excited to offer a full-time, remote opportunity for a Customer Service Associate to work from the comfort of their own home, anywhere in the world. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
  • Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner.
  • Identify and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting customers with relevant products and services that meet their needs.
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally, working within company guidelines to retain and promote customer loyalty.
  • Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive the products they need.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A dedicated office space with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
  • Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons.
  • At least six months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media.
  • One year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills.
  • Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally.
  • A high school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
