Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, although we're willing to train the right individual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat software, and basic office tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Empathy and patience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications
