Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and tracking production data from the field to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Inputting and managing data related to production, including well files and records
• Assisting with monthly data settlements to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Organizing and maintaining accurate records of well files, invoices, and other production-related documents
• Processing and managing invoices from field operations to ensure seamless payment and reconciliation

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, mathematics, computer science)
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formatting, and pivot tables
