Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to optimize our paid media spend. Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Manager, Analytics, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group
• Collaborating with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our paid media spend
• Developing and implementing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Creating and disseminating custom reports and analyses to support key business initiatives
• Developing and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results
• Providing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role
• Proven experience working with data to drive business growth and improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R)
• Experience with data management tools (e.g. SQL, Excel)
