Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Work From Home Part Time Intern at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with customer inquiries and providing timely solutions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Supporting the team in enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to address their concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with team members to address customer issues and concerns, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Gaining insights into customer service operations and best practices, which will enable you to develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, including our reproductive health consultations, wellness products, and period tracking features

Who Can Apply

We're looking for candidates who are available to work from home and can commit to a part-time internship for a duration of 3 months. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant skills and interests in customer support, communication, and problem-solving
  • Availability to start the internship between 4th December 2024 and 8th January 2025
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to our mission of transforming women's healthcare in India

Stipend and Perks

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a stipend of INR 10,000-15,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your stipend, you'll also receive:

  • A certificate of completion upon successful completion of the internship
  • A letter of recommendation from our team, which can be a valuable asset in your future career endeavors
