Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare clients in Orange County, CA. Your primary responsibilities will include account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk. You will also be responsible for helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Account creation and management using ServiceNow and CyberArk

  • Claims online portal registration and processing
  • IT help desk support for healthcare clients
  • Backlog and process new tickets that come through
  • Provide timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Schedule and Training:

* The position schedule will be Monday through Friday, with start times flexibility between 6am and 8:30am and end-times flexibility between 2pm and 4:30pm.

  • Training will last for the first 3 weeks of the assignment and will start at 6am daily.

Required Skills and Experience:

* 2+ years of account creation experience

  • 2+ years of customer service and IT help desk experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Detail-oriented
  • High school diploma

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

* ServiceNow and CyberArk experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with healthcare software and systems

Benefits and Compensation:

* Competitive hourly rate of $15-$23
