Job Summary

As a live chat assistant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing our email queue and live chats during standard US business hours. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with a range of inquiries, from basic questions to more complex technical issues. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in their experience.

Key Responsibilities
