Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in Aurora, NE. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering calls, and assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls. If you're a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and visitors, answering calls on a multi-extension phone system, and transferring calls as appropriate

  • Assist customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and resolving basic issues
  • Perform general receptionist duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and service requests
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services, including new features and promotions

Essential Qualifications

* High school education or equivalent

  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role

  • Knowledge of telecommunications services and products
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
