Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sales Support Representative to join our remote team, where you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer engagement through our chat-based sales platform. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers, building strong relationships, and closing deals directly on the chat. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Sales Support Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via our chat-based sales platform
  • Engage with customers via chat, building strong relationships and encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat, using our company's system to send invoices and manage orders
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls, ensuring seamless customer support
  • Participate in daily training sessions, Q&A groups, and mentorship programs to achieve sales goals and improve performance
  • Utilize our software and technology to manage sales, customer interactions, and order fulfillment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
