As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and resolutions-driven

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with creating accounts, resetting passwords, and uploading documents
  • Engage with customers over the phone and online chat, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Help customers manage their accounts, including verifying eligibility for coverages and reviewing healthcare options
  • Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, internet connectivity, and other technical challenges that may arise while working from home

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail/food service environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection (35mbps download speed or better) and a working computer/laptop with a camera

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on delivering high-level service

  • Retail or food service background, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints
  • Familiarity with internet-based platforms and tools, including online chat and email management systems

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection (35mbps download speed or better) and a working computer/laptop with a camera
  • Ability to pass the Internet Basics Assessment with a score of at least 70
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to equipment, internet connectivity, and other technical challenges that may arise while working from home
