Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize various tools and systems, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat, to initiate and service customer requests
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including rate plans, feature bundles, and promotions, to provide best solution options and resolve customer issues
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify and address their needs, providing personalized support and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and billing, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
