Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Client Care division, working part-time hours from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our plan members, providing support and guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver heart-driven support and improve the overall experience of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to plan members via inbound calls, addressing their questions and concerns regarding pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
• Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer solutions and recommendations that enhance plan members' healthcare understanding and choices.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
