• 70/30 split with a $12,000 cap — one of the lowest in Georgia

What We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia Real Estate License
• Motivated, coachable, and community-minded
• Willing to drive outside of a tight home radius to take full advantage of lead flow
• Professional follow-up and client care skills

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of real estate laws and market trends to provide informed advice.
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings effectively and attract potential buyers.
