Experienced Business Analysis Manager – Global Reporting and Insights

About the Role

As a Business Analysis Manager in our Global Reporting and Insights team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with specialty unit finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior stakeholders, including the board and executive leadership team
• Developing and improving our combined operating margin analyses
• Driving and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Performing first-level review responsibilities and mentoring junior team members
• Providing training, coaching, and guidance to colleagues to achieve business results

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop innovative solutions to complex business problems and circumstances

• Conduct research, including external benchmarking, and use statistical tools and situation analysis to inform sound business decisions
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to colleagues to achieve business results
• Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes
• Present data and insights to senior leadership, propose solutions, and identify opportunities for growth and development

We're Looking for Someone with:

* Moderate experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business development

• Industry experience in a related field
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership and influence decision-making
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
