Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing support and guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll answer inbound calls, address questions about prescription coverage, mail-order solutions, and other benefits, empowering our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare. Through your skills and knowledge, you'll offer solutions that improve their overall healthcare experience, while also expanding your own expertise and opening doors to new opportunities within blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide clear, concise information and guidance to members, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Offer solutions that improve member satisfaction and overall healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards

Schedule & Flexibility

Our part-time schedules start at 20 hours per week, with days off and hours varying to accommodate your needs. Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills in Windows-based applications
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry and terminology a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to work in a patient, supportive manner that showcases a genuine concern for improving customer satisfaction
  • Dependability and consistency with scheduling requirements
  • Ability to show empathy and compassion while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
