Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, chat, and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and delighting them with your exceptional service skills. You will work in a virtual environment, using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email, responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and delighting customers with your service skills

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work in a virtual environment, using a computer and internet connection to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality of service

Basic Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Have the right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
