Responsibilities

As a Swedish Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming chat, mail, or phone calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Building trust with customers through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and their expectations are met
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the methods and tools available
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents as required
  • Following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2 level)
  • Very good command of English (B2 – C1 level)
  • Good MS Office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters and personalities
  • Customer orientation and ability to respond to diverse customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
