Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transferring information from scanned document images into our database through data entry, auditing, and searching. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Transfer information from scanned document images into our database through data entry, auditing, and searching

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database
  • Identify and correct errors in data entry and processing
  • Utilize web-based platforms and software to complete tasks efficiently
  • Work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and processing
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (at least 40 wpm)
  • Reliable access to a computer and strong internet connection
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with web-based platforms and software

  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Knowledge of data processing and quality control procedures
