Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Business Process Service Delivery and Improvement, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of our outsourced services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing standard, recurring processing and quality tasks to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of services
• Developing a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and applying that knowledge to support efficient procedures and adherence to service level agreements
• Contributing to problem identification and resolution, working closely with our team to find creative solutions
• Interpreting, auditing, and reconciling reports for accuracy or completeness, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality data
• Preparing and maintaining standard reports for management and clients, providing valuable insights and analysis
• Handling company confidential data according to policy and guidelines, maintaining the highest level of integrity and discretion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two or more years of experience with business process service delivery and improvement, preferably in an outsourcing environment
• Experience working with client company product and/or services
• Experience working with client company industry and/or functional area
• Experience working with business solutions software

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
