Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Retail Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the interior and exterior of the store
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
- Providing excellent customer care, communication, and friendly conversation to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers
- Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions that enhance the customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a desire to advance in your career
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a team environment, with a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional bending, twisting, and grasping
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
