Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience:

Although training is available for the right candidate, prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this position.

Business Finance Familiarity:

While not required, familiarity with business finance, start-up funding, or lending processes is a plus, and training can be provided.

Independence and Teamwork:

Tech Savviness:
