Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support in a professional and courteous manner. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You'll work closely with our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the electric vehicle or golf cart industry

  • Knowledge of lithium powered golf carts and their features
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
