As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our users through email, chat, and phone calls.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Advocate (Email/Chat), you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming an expert in our applications and providing top-notch support to our users through email, chat, and phone calls
  • Learning our product from a functional perspective and helping customers with their questions and addressing their problems and concerns
  • Maintaining and promoting blithequark's culture and work ethics, including being proactive, hardworking, and open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Being part of a close-knit team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Working with our users to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Attending online training and nesting sessions to become fully knowledgeable on blithequark's platform and its existing processes and policies
  • Passing the trial period and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) to become a permanent member of the team

About the Role

This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home. We require a quiet working environment with minimum distraction, a noise-reduction headset, a fully functioning computer/laptop, and an internet connection of at least 15 mbps with backup in case of connectivity issues.
