Key Responsibilities:

- Work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless support
- Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and provide support

Essential Qualifications:
* 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
