Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote), you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch technical support and customer service to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:
