Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Success Director at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting client managers, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating smooth service delivery through escalation resolution. Your primary focus will be on improving customer satisfaction, profitability, and streamlining the client's PES screening process. You will also play a key role in planning and executing client interactions and resolving issues with a regional team.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage primarily on Client Management deliverables upon account onboarding

  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Serve as a second-level point of contact for escalation and resolution of complex client issues
  • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance and efficiency in client and team processes
  • Co-facilitate monthly and quarterly meetings with clients to discuss progress, goals, and challenges
  • Manage client forecasts and co-facilitate meetings to ensure accurate and timely forecasting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field + 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field + Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships + Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field + Experience working in a similar role at a global organization + Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies + Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
