Key Responsibilities:

As a Tagalog-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families in Tagalog and English, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and online chats, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and online chats
  • Participating in ongoing training and education to stay current on healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Working collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and standards of excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills in additional languages
