About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will have a direct impact on our reputation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers as opportunities arise
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
