Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families in a remote setting in California. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and resources to support their healthcare needs. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families in a remote setting in California

  • Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information and resources to support their healthcare needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services, as well as relevant healthcare policies and procedures
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and communications

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in both Tagalog and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and patient care
