Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark's global clients via phone, email, and chat - Respond to and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools - Experience with social media and online customer service platforms - Fluency in multiple languages (English and at least one other language) - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
