Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media) to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting blithequark's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media)

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, quality metrics, and performance goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (business, communications, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, LiveChat)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer service platforms

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for social media, blogs, or other channels
