Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or related field - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Knowledge of blithequark's products and services - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) - Bilingual or multilingual skills
