Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineering Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team of customer engineers who partner with sales to deliver revenue growth
  • Developing and executing a customer success strategy that drives business outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identifying and prioritizing customer pain points and developing solutions to address them
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure customer engineers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure blithequark remains competitive and innovative

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Engineering Manager at blithequark, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of engineering experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Prior experience as an Automation Test Manager or Lead, particularly with hands-on expertise in Selenium
  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Consulting roles with a technical background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • Hands-on knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Ruby, JavaScript)
  • Proficiency with development tools and IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, Maven, Git)
  • Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (JUnit/NUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, NightWatchJS, WebDriverIO)
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Azure DevOps)
  • Understanding of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, VPNs, IPsec, firewalls)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on improving collaboration in a fast-paced, high-dynamic team environment
