Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our services and policies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational abilities
  • A quiet workspace with high-speed internet access
  • Residency in the State of Rhode Island
