Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and Route Calls: Take messages, transfer calls, and manage incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage mail and packages, maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Reception Area Management: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, assisting with inquiries and addressing needs.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a receptionist, customer service, or similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
