What You'll Do:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of one of the nation's largest brands, interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
- Building meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
What You Need to Thrive:
To succeed in our remote environment, you will need:
- Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no DSL, satellite, or cellular)
- 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
- A work space free of distractions and security risks
- A work space with minimal background noise
- Ability to be on webcam during working hours
- A reliable computer, headset, and other necessary equipment (provided by blithequark)

What We're Looking For:
To be a successful Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- At least 6 months of work-at-home experience
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience
- Must live in the state of Florida
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
