The Role
As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth for our clients, a diverse range of business coaches and experts. Your primary responsibility will be to start authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your goal will be to sell coaching programs and services to these clients, working closely with our client success team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Stable income in USD
- Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Strong interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
