Job Summary

As a Healthcare B2B Outreach Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our outreach efforts, building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our company's services. This role requires a unique blend of healthcare expertise, marketing skills, and strong communication abilities. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a passion for building relationships, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct 1:1 Zoom video visits with doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Referral Coordinators, and Physician Assistants to discuss our company and referral process.

  • Engage in outreach activities, including cold calls and emails, to various companies and healthcare providers.
  • Send 250 LinkedIn connection requests per week and add approximately 60 new contacts to our CRM.
  • Follow up with around 10 leads weekly to provide additional information or schedule meetings.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage outreach efforts and track follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination in outreach efforts.

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare field and/or marketing is required.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Must be available to work during PST business hours.
  • Candidates cannot hold a full-time job elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
