Job Overview

As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and behavior to inform product strategies and features that drive customer-centric decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives that encourage sampling and acquisition. Your expertise in data analysis, customer experience, and digital marketing will be essential in helping us develop and optimize customer journeys that meet the evolving needs and preferences of our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives that encourage sampling and acquisition
  • Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that drive customer retention and growth
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
  • Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
  • Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Certification in digital marketing or customer experience (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
