Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, while striving for a positive customer experience
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
