Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
  • Providing timely and effective support to resolve user queries and issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address platform limitations and areas for improvement
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Vetcove platform and its features
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
  • 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Tech/start-up work experience
  • Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
