The Role

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for providing education and support to nearly 3,000 partners, ensuring they're knowledgeable about our products and solutions and are successful in using them to grow their businesses. You'll be the go-to expert for our partners, offering guidance, coaching, and advice to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Educate and support partners via calls and emails, providing them with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed

• Build relationships with partners, understanding their needs and wants, and providing personalized support and guidance
• Offer in-the-moment problem-solving, support, and education on our tools, technology, and services
• Collaborate with a dedicated and successful team to drive partner success and growth
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Demonstrate a passion for working with people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service
