Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required

  • Clean and quiet workspace
