Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Working collaboratively with our team to resolve client issues and concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
