Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with a strong focus on call center or phone support experience.
  • Home Office Setup: A dedicated home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups.
  • Professionalism: A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
  • Availability: Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
  • Background Check: Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you'll need:

  • CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors.
  • Internet Speed: Internet download speed of 5Mbs down speed minimum, internet upload speed of 3Mbs up speed minimum.
  • Network Latency: Network latency of Max 250 MS latency max.
  • Operating System: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit).
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended.
  • Home Office Setup: A dedicated home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer.
