As a Perceptionist, you will act as an extension of our client's businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
- Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
- Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
- Understanding the importance of attention to detail and improving skills through practice
- Applying new knowledge or skills quickly and solving problems without being asked
- Enjoying working in a technical workplace and collaborating with a team environment

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
