Your Role at blithequark

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and proactive problem-solving
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Communicating effectively with customers, including providing video support when needed

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease
  • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems
  • Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Predictable and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 6-12 months of customer service experience
  • Consistent work history
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Some technical background or experience

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to provide:

  • A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
  • A Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • A minimum of 4GB RAM
  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace
